Nothing involving your money slips through your inbox.

moneyinbox is a mobile app that reads your Gmail and shows you every bill, failed payment, renewal and refund that needs your attention.

Read-only access. We never move your money.

What moneyinbox finds for you

Money matters arrive by email and get buried between newsletters. moneyinbox picks them out and keeps track until they are done.

Bills and invoices

Who is asking, how much, and when it is due, including the details inside PDF attachments.

Failed payments

A declined card or a bounced direct debit, flagged before it turns into a late fee.

Renewals

Subscriptions and contracts about to renew, so you can decide in time.

Refunds you are owed

Promised refunds stay on your list until the confirmation email arrives.

How it works

There is nothing to set up after you connect your inbox.

  • 1. Sign in with GoogleThen give moneyinbox read-only access to your Gmail. Google shows you exactly what you are allowing.
  • 2. moneyinbox screens your mailMost email is ruled out from its sender, subject and short preview alone. Only messages that look like bills, payments, renewals or refunds are read in full and analyzed.
  • 3. You see what needs attentionEach item shows who it is from, the amount and the due date, sorted by what needs you first.
  • 4. It closes the loopWhen a later email confirms a payment or a refund, the item is marked resolved.

Your Gmail, handled carefully

moneyinbox needs access to your email to work. This is how we treat it.

Read-only

moneyinbox can read your mail. It cannot send, delete, move or label anything in your inbox.

Used only for your list

Your email is used to show you your own bills and refunds. It is never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI models.

Kept only as long as useful

Stored email text and attachments are deleted automatically after 30 or 90 days. Deleting your account in the app erases everything and revokes our Google access.

moneyinbox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the full privacy policy.

What moneyinbox is not

It is not a budgeting app or a bank. It does not connect to your bank, make payments or chart your spending. And because no tool can catch every email, moneyinbox never tells you that you have no unpaid bills, only that it has not found anything that needs your attention.
